Help when you need it.
Control when it matters.

WinPilot pairs a conversational assistant with practical controls for your computer. Its workspace keeps your tools, status, and permission context within reach — so you can move with confidence.

01

One focused assistant

Ask a question or describe a task from one distraction-free workspace.

02

Clear permissions

See microphone, screen, browser, and file access states in the app sidebar.

03

Connected system view

Keep an eye on your AI connection, registered tools, and computer status.

THE REAL WINPILOT INTERFACE

Built for the way
your day actually moves.

Every screen is designed to surface the context you need without competing for your attention.

CONTEXT AT A GLANCE

Know what your
computer is doing.

WinPilot’s status panel gives you a compact view of its readiness, tools, permissions, and live system information.

  • 01 AI connection and operating mode
  • 02 Available registered tools
  • 03 CPU, memory, disk, and network readings

NEW IN 1.3

Save a process.
Run it again.

Create workflows for recurring work, select a starting template, set a first run, and choose whether it repeats hourly, daily, or weekly.

01Start from a templateResearch, support replies, invoices, spreadsheets, portal checks, lead research, and more.
02Schedule with contextSave a workflow without a schedule, or choose a local first-run time and repeat interval.
03Keep review in the loopActions that require review wait for you; failed workflow runs pause.

CONVERSATION WITH CONTEXT

From a request
to a considered next step.

WinPilot supports visible task activity, a stop control for running work, reply copying, and conversation export to a text file you choose.

A CLOSER LOOK

Everything in context.
Nothing hidden away.

WinPilot keeps the tools that matter close to the conversation, so you can understand its current state before asking it to help.

01

Assistant workspace

The main screen is where requests begin. Use the message field to ask a question or describe a task; quick actions such as opening settings, checking system health, and organizing downloads are available below the conversation.

  • Conversation area
  • Voice shortcut
  • Quick actions
02

Permission awareness

The sidebar displays the current state of microphone, screen, browser, and file permissions. This keeps the access context visible while you work, rather than burying it in a separate dialog.

  • Microphone
  • Screen
  • Browser & files
03

Preferences that stay practical

Preferences group the controls that shape your experience: AI connection and model selection, tool calling, automatic verification, voice input, voice responses, speaking voice, and a global shortcut.

  • AI & model choices
  • Voice settings
  • Tool controls

BUILT WITH CLEAR BOUNDARIES

Your PC. Your key.
Your decision.

01

No WinPilot account

Installation and opening the app do not require registration or a WinPilot sign-in.

02

Your provider key

You supply your own OpenRouter API key. WinPilot stores it encrypted for your Windows account on this PC.

03

Visible review points

Permission state remains visible, and actions requiring review wait for your decision before continuing.

04

Per-user installation

Setup installs under your local app data without elevation. The installer is intentionally unsigned, so Windows may show a publisher warning.
